great stay but noise from the street

The staff were incredibly welcoming. they made our family feel right at home. The classic double room was beautiful and very comfortable, perfect for our needs during the stay.

We booked a twin room in advance, yet were given a double room upon arrival, which was frustrating. After moving to the correct room, we quickly faced another issue when the AC barely worked, making the room uncomfortably humid. To add insult to injury, when I requested a blanket late at night, the front desk staff couldn’t help. I expected much more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
